Endeavor is a tall long-necked buck. He has high withers, strong back, width and good rear leg angulation. He sired 10-12 doe kids in 2023 in the Safe-Haven herd, and they had lots of width, strong chines, nice heads, and good rear legs. His dam finished her championship as a 3 year old and has consistently produced nice daughters.
Endeavor descends from an exceptionally strong dam line going back to GCH Jesta-Farm Almost Eternity, who was sired by a Cedarsage Magic Technique son named Cedarsage Pure Magic. The next 7 generations descending from Eternity include SGCH Jesta Farm Almost Eden, CH Backcountry FF Emerald, GCH Evergreen Pines Emmie, SGCH Evergreen Pines Emceega 7-02 91 EEEE, Foxwood Montage's Emmy, CH (pend) Foxwood Jock's Empress (Endeavor's dam), and his maternal sister CH (pend) Foxwood Marvel's Elsie. Only one doe in the dam line of 8 generations that began with Eternity in 1995 did not finish her championship. The doe that did not finish was Endeavor's granddam, Emmy. We took Emmy to her first show when she was a 3 year old second freshener and we ended up selling her and her yearling maternal sister to a family at the show who was wanting to add Nubians to their herd. Unfortunately, the next year, the buyers dispersed their Nubian herd (which included several champion Foxwood does), and Emmy didn't get her opportunity to earn her championship. As she is the only doe in the 8 generation dam line that did not finish her championship, we've included pictures of her profile and udder as evidence of her quality. Endeavor's maternal sister was RGCH as a two year old, and his littermate yearling sister (Enola) freshened with a correct mammary.
